Digital Detox Retreat
Put down your phone and find yourself.
This is a return to your raw self.
To the presence beneath performance.
To the quietness that can ground you amidst chaos and ho hum of life.
To the deep well from which your fulfillment springs —
the part of you who is sick of living your life for the 'Gram.
What you’ll experience
Three spacious days of rest, groundedness, and reconnections
Daily circles led for reflection, storytelling, and support.
Relaxed workshops designed to connect deeply, and practice presence and listening to self, others, and nature
Movement, yoga, meditation, kirtan, and group and solo time in nature (beach and redwoods)
Nourishing food, shared meals, and a sense of communal care.
A small, intimate group of humans— no pretense or performance, just authentic presence.
Who? You, ready to shed the layers and return to your raw essence — the person that exists before the noise.
This retreat is for you if you’re a:
Person who is tired of staring at screens, yet find yourself compelled to despite your deeper knowing and desire to live less online.
Seeker longing for time to explore yourself, nature, and true rest and rejuvenation
Human who’s ready to let go of doing and come home to being
