From Raw to Roar:

A Journey into Unapologetic Presence

This two-month coaching journey is for women who are ready to stop second-guessing themselves and start standing firmly in their truth — especially in rooms where their confidence is tested, their ideas are questioned, or their power is quietly minimized.

From Raw to Roar helps women face themselves honestly, reclaim their authority, and embody a presence that can’t be ignored. You’ll explore the conditioning that keeps women quiet or accommodating in the face of power, then learn practical, embodied tools to speak, lead, and take up space with calm, grounded confidence.

This is not about shouting louder. It’s about feeling so rooted in who you are that no one can shake your center — about returning to the wholeness and wisdom that’s already within you, and learning to trust it out loud.

Who This

Is For

This program is for women who’ve spent years navigating spaces that weren’t built for their voices — whether in boardrooms, agencies, courtrooms, classrooms, or creative studios.

You’ve learned how to adapt, to read the room, to soften or shape your presence to be heard. Now you’re ready to lead from your full expression — with grounded confidence, clear boundaries, and unshakable self-trust.

Program Structure

From Raw to Roar unfolds over two months through a mix of live coaching sessions, group practice, reflection, and embodied exercises. Each phase builds on the last — moving from inner awareness and release to outward expression and grounded action.

Month 1: Be Raw – Coming Home to Yourself

This first month is about truth-telling and self-connection. You’ll strip back the layers of conditioning, perfectionism, and people-pleasing that have shaped how you show up in high-pressure spaces. Together, we’ll explore where your voice gets dimmed, your boundaries blur, or your confidence wavers — and learn to meet those edges with compassion and curiosity.

Focus Areas:

  • Reclaiming your natural confidence and intuition

  • Identifying internalized patterns of accommodation and approval

  • Building body awareness and grounding practices to stay present under pressure

  • Naming your truth — without judgment or justification

Month 2: Roar – Leading with Power and Presence

The second month is where practice becomes embodiment. You’ll step into unapologetic presence — learning how to communicate with clarity, stand your ground in the face of power dynamics, and express your truth without shrinking or defending.

Focus Areas:

  • Speaking with confidence and calm under challenge

  • Setting and holding boundaries with clarity and compassion

  • Embodying leadership presence through energy, breath, and stance

  • Practicing the art of being “unshakeable but open”

  • Integrating feminine intelligence and intuitive power into leadership

Your Co-Leaders

Shannon Kelly

Leadership coach, facilitator, and voice for unapologetic truth.

Shannon’s work lives at the intersection of truth-telling and transformation. For over a decade, she’s helped women and leaders break free from the quiet conditioning that teaches them to be agreeable, polished, and small. Her approach is raw, embodied, and fiercely compassionate — rooted in the belief that authenticity is not just personal, but revolutionary.

A former corporate leader and therapist turned certified coach, Shannon has sat in the rooms where power dynamics play out in subtle ways — where women second-guess their tone, their timing, or whether they’ve “earned” the right to speak. She knows firsthand how that erodes confidence over time, and she’s made it her mission to help women unlearn the patterns that keep them quiet.

Through coaching and facilitation, Shannon invites women to reconnect to their bodies, their truth, and their voice — to lead with conviction that’s grounded, not performative. Her style is electric and deeply human: she’ll challenge you, champion you, and hold you accountable to the version of yourself you’ve been waiting to become.

Kat Logan

Brand strategist, coach, and advocate for women reclaiming their voice.

Kat has spent most of her career in the advertising and strategy world — shaping narratives, leading teams, and navigating rooms where women’s ideas were often questioned or softened to fit the mold. That experience ignited her passion for helping women find their voice — first within their careers, and now across their lives, businesses, and creative expressions.

Through her coaching practice, Kat helps women reconnect to their clarity, confidence, and truth — building careers and leadership identities grounded in authenticity, not adaptation. She also partners with coaches and creative founders to articulate their essence through brand strategy, positioning, and websites that reflect who they truly are.

Kat brings both strategic depth and soul to her work. She believes presence is power — and that when women stop apologizing for taking up space, entire systems start to shift.

Why We Created From Raw to Roar

Between us, we’ve spent years in environments that rewarded the sharp edges of confidence — but rarely the quiet, intuitive strength underneath it. We’ve seen how women shrink, self-edit, or over-prove their worth in cultures that unconsciously favor masculine forms of leadership and communication.

From Raw to Roar was born out of that lived experience — and a shared belief that women don’t need to change who they are to be powerful. They need tools, space, and community to come home to their truth — to strip back the layers of conditioning, and to stand their ground from a place that’s deeply felt, not forced.

This program is that space — a reclamation of voice, confidence, and presence that begins within and ripples outward.

Tangible Outcomes

  • Rebuild trust in your own intuition and insight, especially in environments that have historically undervalued feminine intelligence.

  • Reclaim your authority — no longer outsourcing validation or shrinking in the presence of power.

  • Recognize and interrupt subtle dynamics like gaslighting, over-explaining, or self-minimizing in professional settings.

  • Strengthen your embodied presence through practices that ground you in confidence and clarity before, during, and after high-stakes interactions.

  • Develop language and tools to hold boundaries and communicate assertively without apology or over-correction.

  • Feel more visible and impactful in rooms dominated by louder voices — without losing your integrity or ease.

  • Act with conscious choice, not conditioned response — leading from your values, not from habit or fear.

How to Talk to Your Company About Covering the Cost

Let’s be honest — many workplaces still operate in ways that unconsciously favor traditionally masculine communication styles and leadership norms. These cultural dynamics can shape how women are heard, valued, and able to lead, often affecting both confidence and performance. Investing in programs that address this is not just about equity; it’s about building stronger, more effective leaders and teams. Here is some example copy to use if you feel like your company may cover the program.

Example Copy:

I’d like to participate in a professional development program co-led by two senior leadership coaches. It’s an eight-week experience designed to enhance women’s leadership presence, confidence, and communication — particularly in high-intensity or complex team environments.

The program develops practical skills that directly benefit the organization, including:

  • Clearer, more confident communication in high-stakes discussions and client interactions

  • Stronger leadership presence that builds influence, trust, and collaboration

  • Improved boundary-setting and decision-making for greater focus and resilience

  • More inclusive and balanced leadership behaviors that strengthen team culture

By building these capabilities, participants become more grounded, self-assured leaders who communicate with clarity and lead with authenticity — qualities that enhance internal communication, support managing both up and down, and strengthen overall organizational impact.

The total investment is [insert price: $2,500 or $4,100], and I’d love to explore whether professional development or leadership funds could cover all or part of this cost.
