The Raw to Roar Women’s Circle:
Reclaim Your Inner Authority
Are you holding everything together but bursting at the seams?
Do the words “oh FUCK THIS” escape your lips on the regular?
Are you tired of smiling and making nice with the patriarchy for a minimum of 40 hours a week?
A live, experiential, 90-minute monthly virtual circle for women who need to get raw before they roar. An invitation to pause, release, refocus on the path ahead, and reset before stepping back into your power and moving forward again.
Come frustrated, overwhelmed, stressed, or carrying anger you haven’t had space to process.
Leave with renewed energy, reclaimed agency, and a stronger sense of your grounded authority.
This circle is for women navigating unequal power dynamics, unspoken rules, and systems that quietly or overtly work against them. Women who feel the cumulative weight of holding it together. Women who notice themselves shrinking, second-guessing, or over-performing just to stay in the room.
In other words, anyone who identifies as a woman and exists in systems that don’t center them.
In other words, YOU.

Your Co-Leaders
Shannon Kelly
Leadership coach, facilitator, and voice for unapologetic truth.
Shannon’s work lives at the intersection of truth-telling and transformation. For over a decade, she’s helped women and leaders break free from the quiet conditioning that teaches them to be agreeable, polished, and small. Her approach is raw, embodied, and fiercely compassionate — rooted in the belief that authenticity is not just personal, but revolutionary.
A former corporate leader and therapist turned certified coach, Shannon has sat in the rooms where power dynamics play out in subtle ways — where women second-guess their tone, their timing, or whether they’ve “earned” the right to speak. She knows firsthand how that erodes confidence over time, and she’s made it her mission to help women unlearn the patterns that keep them quiet.
Through coaching and facilitation, Shannon invites women to reconnect to their bodies, their truth, and their voice — to lead with conviction that’s grounded, not performative. Her style is electric and deeply human: she’ll challenge you, champion you, and hold you accountable to the version of yourself you’ve been waiting to become.
Kat Logan
Brand strategist, coach, and advocate for women reclaiming their authority.
Kat has spent most of her career in the advertising and strategy world, shaping narratives, leading teams, and navigating environments where women were expected to soften, over-explain, or adapt in order to stay in the room. That lived experience fuels her work supporting women as they unlearn those patterns and reconnect to a more grounded, self-directed way of leading and living.
Through her coaching and facilitation work, Kat helps women regulate their nervous systems, clarify what actually matters, and reclaim authority without performing, pushing, or hardening. Her approach blends strategic insight with embodied practices that support steadiness, clarity, and presence in moments where power dynamics are at play.
Kat also partners with coaches and creative founders on brand strategy and positioning, helping them articulate work that reflects who they truly are, not who they were taught to be.
She believes presence is power, and that when women stop abandoning themselves to fit the system, they begin to change how they move within it.
